Too much indirect light. Tolerates well a few hours of weaker sun. Low light can lead to yellowing of the leaves by accumulation of water in the earth.
We suggest moderate watering. Allow the substrate to dry almost completely before weting with plenty of water until the substrate is moist again. During the summer, pay more attention to the frequency of watering.
Clean the leaves periodically with a clean, damp cloth or sponge. Avoid very dry environments. During the driest months, spray the plant or keep the environment wetter. Yellowish edges can be a sign of excess water. Dark spots can be fungi by excess water on the ground or on the leaves.
