The Philodendrons scandens or P. hederaceum and their varieties are vigorous outstanding plants with heart-shaped leaves. This variety has the leaves stained in lighter green tones, yellowish, which originates its name. They are easy to maintain and fast growing. They look great on hangers or in the middle of a book shelf. They can also be conducted on supports, such as plant fiber or metal tutors.

Too much indirect light. Tolerates well a few hours of weaker sun (in this case, it will tend to stay with the leaves lighter). It tolerates weaker light, but will tend to have the leaves further away from each other (etiolate) and lose the lighter shades of green.
We suggest moderate watering. Allow the substrate to dry completely before weting again with plenty of water until the substrate is moist.
Clean the leaves periodically with a clean, damp cloth or sponge. Yellowish edges can be a sign of excess water. Dark spots can be fungi by excess water on the ground or on the leaves.
