Trifasciata sansevieria
Sword-of-Saint Barbara, St. George’s Sword, Mother-of-Mother-in-Law
Originally from Africa, the Sansevierias have been reclassified to the genus Dracaenas, but they will always be Sansevierias in our hearts! They are succulent plants characterized by their leaves in the form of vertical blades or cylindrical spears. S. triasciata ‘laurentii’ has dark green leaves, with horizontal patches in light green throughout the plant and a yellow stripe across the edge. They are great air purification plants and for beginners because they are easy to care for.

Direct sun in part of the day (morning or afternoon) or lots of indirect light. Tolerates environments with less light.
We suggest little watering. Water only when the substrate is dry. During the summer the watering should be more frequent if the plant is exposed to direct sun.
If not exposed to rain, clean the leaves to remove dust. Use clean cloth, duster, or pour water on the leaves at the time of watering (only during summer).
